As I sat at the nail salon for a day of self pampering, I thought about ways to find my self-worth. I know that my worth isn't in the things that I buy myself nor is it for the day of self pampering. The most important part of my self worth is the importance of my inner worth. The importance of my personal and spiritual well-being. That is so important to me, not the mani/pedi because I know I can find my self worth sipping a delicious cup of tea. I find my worth in my meditation. Sitting in nature. Seeing my birdies chirping and eating at their bird feeders. Today I gave myself a pamper day. I start work on Tuesday and my nails needed it. I also got my eye brows done and got myself a facial. These things are small tokens. I don't find my self worth in them. I treated myself because I know my value. I want to feel GOoD as I begin a what I know will be a busy week. Happy Full Moon in Cancer Lunar Eclipse  It's an amazing time for a wonderful shift. The energy is a bit intense. How do you move through these energetic shifts? Today I share what my soul has had me doing since last week. As I was making this video early this morning. I had a visitor come out of no where. A brown ibis came near. I honestly had never seen one of these birds in my yard. I knew spirit had a message for me. For us as a collective. Here is what I found. The ibis is teaching one to trust our inner instinct. An ibis can show you the perfect timing and when to carry out task's. Sometimes a perfect timing is all we need in order to pass life with flying colors!  The Ibis is a master on the art of perfect timing. It's message resonates with my being. Today is my Day 33 of Spirit Voyage 's Global Sadhana "Magnify Your Radiance" with Aykanna I started on Day 1 which was September 17th due to a family emergency, I had to start again on September 25th. Magnify Your Radiance is such a beautiful kriya and meditation set. I can feel myself vibrating with the cosmos. Powerful. I had an experience in which something came to my awareness and I knew even though I hadn't seen it for myself. I just knew the TRUTH . Kundalini Yoga will bring you the awareness into higher consciousness. It will help you face things with a different state of mind. I honestly can say this Global Sadhana has done that for me. Awakening As I sit here preparing mentally to share this blog with you my dear friends, the intention of awakening is to bring miraculous healing. At the end "awakening" does just that...it allows us to recognize what triggers us so we can heal from all the junk that no longer serves us. It is a daily process of mindfully being in the present and doing the work.  I have written other blogs about my personal experiences on awakening (spiritual awakening, ascension) and today spirit guided me to bring you this blog post. Yesterday I Cried Updating because the video that I record will not upload. So I am going to in writing form.  Yesterday I had a wonderful day visiting my niece and meeting my great niece for the first time. It was also my moms birthday. It was a wonderful day. I arrived home and ate dinner. I logged onto my laptop and noticed I had a friend request.  I clicked on it and saw my daughter’s name and photo. I immediately accepted the request. My heart was filled with excitement and joy at the possibility of a reunion. I texted my sister with the excitement. After I settled down I clicked on my daughters name and saw "Add Friend"  and just like that my heart sank. It triggered me. Yesterday I Cried. The Secret of Life Today is Summer Solstice. The first day of Summer. Here in Southwest Florida, it was close to 97 degrees. It's Friday, my day off, but my day was busy with errands. Went to my dad's eye doctor's appointment. We went to the car dealership to get his car washed. Stop and ate at First Watch Cafe (love this place) afterwards we stopped at Lowe's and ALDI.   Arrive home at 1:30 PM and I was off to take care of my personal errands. Officially changed the name of my business accounts.  My given birth name is spelled Nancy but I am legally changing it to Nanncie. Why you may ask, as one of the bank personnel did ask me this...the vibration of Nanncie adds up to a fortunate number in numerology whereas the spelling Nancy did not. On June 2011, I created a community Facebook page to help others code with toxic relationships.  The month of June 2019 marks 8 years that I have been managing the page that I create in 2011. When I look at the years pasted, I would have never thought this page would have reached over 8,000 followers.  My heart is filled with gratitude to help in any small way I can and hoping that my goal is to form a non-profit organization so that I may reach and help in more ways than just making my presence on Facebook. On Wednesday evening on my drive home from work, my check engine light indicator came on. The car itself was driving perfectly fine. I arrived home and told my dad about it and he said he would look at it in the morning. Next morning, I went to the car and the light was still on.  I called the car dealership to take the car in on Friday (my day off) they asked if I had put gas in the car and I said a few days ago I had. So I made the appointment for Friday morning at 8:30 AM.  I had to cancel my training session. I also had to cancel a class I was schedule to take as well. This morning as I drove on I-75 to the dealership, I was a little tired. I also realized I am so grateful I do not have to drive on I-75 in the morning rush hour. Are you living in a state of gratitude?  There is power when you live in gratitude.  The movie The Secret taught me some important things, first of all your thoughts become things.  What you focus on that is what you will attract in your life. Living in a state of gratitude means your thoughts should be on being grateful for the things you have NOW. By living in this state of being....the universal law of attraction says that we will attract into your life the things we focus and think about ....if your thoughts are on lack (negativity) you  will attract that. But if your thoughts are on your many blessings than the universe says lets give more things for them to be grateful for......so remember GRATITUDE attracts what we want. I am reading the book  " Women Who Run With the Wolves" book written by Clarissa Pinkola Estes. I highly recommend it to  ALL women! I came across this sentence  A woman may try to hide from the devastation 's of her life, but the bleeding , the loss of life's energy, will continue until  she recognizes the predator for what it is and contains it.   Immediately, I was enlighten to a truth. I was that woman hiding the devastation of being abused from the world. I pretended to be happy for a very long time.  My soul was bleeding inside. My aura energy was losing life. I wanted to share this thought with you today because of something that happened to me the other day. Do you know that YOU are responsible for YOUR own happiness? There are times when we have to deal with lessons in life. We grown up with divorce parents, sometimes without parent(s), or sad events that effect our lives. I know because I have been in those shoes. You must be willing to develop that self confidence, self worth, & self esteem in yourself. You were created to be successful to live a happy and healthy life.
