As I sat at the nail salon for a day of self pampering, I thought about ways to find my self-worth. I know that my worth isn't in the things that I buy myself nor is it for the day of self pampering. The most important part of my self worth is the importance of my inner worth. The importance of my personal and spiritual well-being. That is so important to me, not the mani/pedi because I know I can find my self worth sipping a delicious cup of tea. I find my worth in my meditation. Sitting in nature. Seeing my birdies chirping and eating at their bird feeders. Today I gave myself a pamper day. I start work on Tuesday and my nails needed it. I also got my eye brows done and got myself a facial. These things are small tokens. I don't find my self worth in them. I treated myself because I know my value. I want to feel GOoD as I begin a what I know will be a busy week. I am not sure what the journey there will hold for me. I know I am divinely guided by my spiritual angelic team tha
