Sunday Vibes Day 2 of quarantine My sister and niece came over yesterday to see dad and spend the night. We laughed. We enjoyed time with each other. On Friday, I was officially sent home to self quarantine. The governor issued the order that all fitness centers had to closed state wide. I am going to welcome stillness. Only going out to get my dad's medicine. Yesterday my niece gave me a facial and massage.   My niece Vicky was in shock when she noticed that she had the same birthmark on her foot as I. My sister doesn't have this birthmark. We had to mark the moment with a picture. lol I told her she was special cuz she had titi's birthmark. lol Day 2 - today I filled the bird feeders, I definitely want to see my bird friends this week. As I sat here to write this blog. I had the doves come by and eat. And also the red cardinal. It's so beautiful outdoors.  Very tranquil. This morning before I left for yoga. I looked up at the sky and saw the most beautiful sight. Today was a lovely day here in SWFL. It was perfect. As I drove to Our Yoga Place to take the Stretch and Restore yoga class.  I was at the light and the car in front of me on the other lane had a sign #222 - 2/22 how perfect.  I was sick last weekend so getting out was very refreshing. I needed the class to stretch my body and the restore portion was much needed....needless to say the class was just what the dr. ordered. I had to get a few things at Target and as I walked to the car. I spotted this. Angel Feather - a Divine Sign. Trust the process of your journey. The angels have been communicating with me. Today is my Day 33 of Spirit Voyage 's Global Sadhana "Magnify Your Radiance" with Aykanna I started on Day 1 which was September 17th due to a family emergency, I had to start again on September 25th. Magnify Your Radiance is such a beautiful kriya and meditation set. I can feel myself vibrating with the cosmos. Powerful. I had an experience in which something came to my awareness and I knew even though I hadn't seen it for myself. I just knew the TRUTH . Kundalini Yoga will bring you the awareness into higher consciousness. It will help you face things with a different state of mind. I honestly can say this Global Sadhana has done that for me. Facing the Truth    was a next level breakthrough for me. I am blessed to have this practice to support this energy. An Angelic Sign a day keeps negativity at bay.  Nanncie Santana Where do I begin, as I sit here guided by Spirit to share a new blog post. I revisited the last few weeks. I am manifesting miracles in my magical world.  I am grateful beyond words. This morning I took my meditation outdoors. I wanted fresh air. I wanted to feel the warmth of the sun. I wanted to connect with nature. I decided to walk (get some exericse in as well) and meditate. Listening to my mantras. Quieting the mind. I have a conversation with God. There is so much happening. I am grateful and I know everything is happening at God's diving timing. I walked up and down my street. In the beginning of this week, I had a conversation with my Angelic Spiritual team. I was very specific in my prayer. All week I was open for the answers to my prayer.  Yesterday, this grasshopper was hanging around at the window (as shown above), I didn't think anything about it. Granted, today he got my attention because he must have slept there all night and this morning he was still at the window. Since I know Spirit communicates with me through different signs. I was like okay Mr. Grasshopper, you've got my attention. What is the Spirit Animal message you have for me today. Since he didn't leave he remain right at that window.    When the grasshopper spirit animal comes leaping into your life, it signifies your need to make a tremendous leap of faith. Today I drove up to Plantation, Florida to meet up with my two fellow classmates. The plan was Kundalini Yoga at  Yoga Source  at 10:30 AM (the class was great with the gong for relaxation) and lunch afterwards.  Excited because today I would receive in my hand my Kundalini Yoga Teacher Certificate.  The journey to become a Kundalini Yoga Teacher begun with a major trigger shift. I was suppose have begun in March of 2017 but they pushed it to May 5, 2017. That week there were events that transpired which truly would be a major trigger shift awakening for transformation. This could have also gone two ways. One I could have backed away from my training or "Keep Up" - I kept up and today I officially have my certificate. There has been so much growth and ascending. A lot of surrendering to allowing.  On our last weekend together, I received a message from  Yoga Bhajan  - Allow it to come to you. I can truly say I have been allowing this to flow and see...
