What is fear?  If you look it up on Wikipedia.....it states Fear is a distressing negative emotion induced by a perceived threat. Two words stand out to me in that definition...the first is  negative  and the second is  emotion.  How many times have you wanted to make changes in your life? Be it work related, relationship related, health related, the list can go on and on. But what has stopped you is fear...a  negative thought , a  negative idea ....an  emotion  that makes you  feel   scared .  Remember if you want to make successful changes in your life you have to BELIEVE, STAY POSITIVE, HAVE FAITH, AFFIRM that you CAN make any change in your life. I know what it's like to "feel" like you can accomplish anything. But once I changed my MIND-SET.  I began to put in practice things I had learned from my mentors. I started seeing doors open like I hadn't imagine. Don't let negativity be part of your life! Remove negative thoughts from your mind. Start

"Always think positive, even if something has happened against your will or favor; don't ever blame your luck. Extract out only the positive things, keeping in mind that if something is not delivered to you, God is planning something better that you will get at the appropriate time." I have found that when I focus on gratitude it automatically puts me in a positive vibration. There is no way you can go wrong. Begin each day focusing on at least 5 things you are grateful in your life right now. As you begin to focus these things you are grateful for begin to visualize them. Smile as you are mentally focusing on the 5 things you are grateful for right now. Happy Thanksgiving  For me being thankful is expressed everyday not just one day out of the year. I understand that it's a holiday. This year I have to express so much gratitude for the miracles that God has given me. Attending my daughter's bridal shower was my miracle. Meeting my future son in love and being able to meet his family. What can I say but thank you God. I am blessed and I know more miracles and prayers will be answered. I am thankful for all of my experiences. I am thankful for the growth I have been able to have on this journey called life. Today like everyday I will be  THANKFUL! Have a blessed day my loves. Earlier this year, I was excited because it was announced that Marc Anthony was coming to Hertz Arena. One of my cousins had told me that Marc Anthony's concerts are amazing. He puts on a show. So of course I wanted to go and see him. I had not gone to his concert. I had sent the link to my cousins to see if one of them or all of them wanted to go.....none replied. One day two of my friends said they wanted to go as well. So we chatted about it and said okay we will go. Things ended up not working out for them to go. I was not about to attend a concert alone so I didn't get a ticket. A few weeks another friend said his work was going to raffle tickets. I told him you are going to win, visualize it and declare it once you do remember me. I stated with affirmation. I said I am going to the Marc Anthony concert. I love Painting With A Twist - Fort Myers . My aunts came to visit the family. And they had a Sister's Gathering. We had such a wonderful evening. We painted. We sang. We dance. We laughed. And laughed some more. We painted. We made family memories that will forever be cherish in our hearts. Not all of the family could attend. But some of us made it to celebrate with the Golden Girls (my mom and her sisters) - It was on Friday and I normally am off on Fridays but this Friday I had to work. I thought I was going to get there late but I was able to leave work earlier than expected. I am a regular at PWAT and so I arrive and let them know I was there (because IF I would have gotten there late the artist was going to paint my background) but I arrived and was happy I could make it early. When I got there the owner Cynthia handed me a bottle of wine as a token of appreciation for being a regular. I was so thankful. I didn't expect it. I asked if I could get a photo. I truly

As I was going through my videos on my phone. I came across some wonderful memories of my Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training. Our instructor Sat Kartar would play Guru Ram Das Mantra and we chanted with him. So beautiful. This is my favorite mantra and it just takes me straight to the heavens. Connected with God. I am going through my old videos and I came across some wonderful memories that I will cherish forever. My LOVES in one video. I came across this voicemail message from my princess from 2010. Cherished Message. Simple tokens are what a mother cherishes the most. I still have videos without sound of my son playing baseball and baseball. I ask myself, will I be that mother with all her kids tokens so when the grand-kids come over, I will show them those tokens. My answer is yes. My oldest is 29 years old and I still have all his tokens from kindergarten. I am thinking about the holidays and I absolutely love hanging all of my kids Christmas ornaments. I can't be the only one.  Are you that mother? With all your kids school stuff? I still have clothes, bottles, blankets, etc.... I know. I tell myself I will get 3 big containers and put each of my child's things in their own keepsake container. I have been saying that for the last 7 years. I really got to do it tho

Mercury Retrograde doesn't go direct until November 2oth, I feel transformation occurring within my being.  I have been RE-focusing, RE-aligning, RE-developing, and RE-visiting my inner thoughts.  I am at peace.  I am cleansing with the waters that flow.  I'm RE-vamping once again.  It feels good. Let us dedicate this new era to mothers around the world, and also to the mother of all mothers -- Mother Earth. It is up to us to keep building bridges to bring the world closer together, and not destroy them to divide us further apart. We can pave new roads towards peace simply by understanding other cultures. This can be achieved through traveling, learning other languages, and interacting with  others from outside our borders. Only then will one truly discover how we are more alike than different. Never allow language or cultural traditions to come between brothers and sisters. The same way one brother may not like his sister's choice of fashion or hairstyle, he will never hate her for her personal style or music preference. If you judge a man, judge only his heart. And if you should do so, make sure you use the truth in your conscience when weighing one's character. Do not measure anybody strictly based on the bad you see in them and ignore all the good.
