When you are in alignment the signs are everywhere. I call it  "Alignment At It's Best" I was listening to this beautiful mantra today and happen to connect my wireless ear buds and as I sync my cell lit up at 1:11 PM on 1/11/2020.  The numbers are divine signs from my angelic spiritual team, this I know 100%. As always, I am grateful and thank my angels for this sign. Times are shifting. The planet is calling for oneness. We are one. The vibration must be that of LOVE.  Alignment at it's best is that feeling that you know you are completely guided, protected, supported, and loved. Happy Full Moon in Cancer Lunar Eclipse  It's an amazing time for a wonderful shift. The energy is a bit intense. How do you move through these energetic shifts? Today I share what my soul has had me doing since last week. As I was making this video early this morning. I had a visitor come out of no where. A brown ibis came near. I honestly had never seen one of these birds in my yard. I knew spirit had a message for me. For us as a collective. Here is what I found. The ibis is teaching one to trust our inner instinct. An ibis can show you the perfect timing and when to carry out task's. Back in May, I shared with you my first experience with  Bio-Magnetic Therapy .  I wanted to bring you an update on my journey with this alternative healing method as it has been three months in which I was first introduced  to it by a friend. Recap:  I decided to try Bio-Magnetic Therapy when I was continuing to experience muscle spasms on my neck which was a result of an car accident I had been in 2012. I also experience lower back pain. Leading up to my first appointment nothing would help my headaches, my muscle spasms which started in my neck and went down to my shoulders. I would visit the chiropractor sometimes up to three times in a month with no relief.  When my friend told me about Bio-Magnetic Therapy, I was immediately interested as a Holistic Practitioner - I knew this would be beneficial for my entire Being.
