Quarantine Day 30, it's been a month. March 20th, the fitness center in which I managed had to closed down due to the government's executive order. How have I been doing? What have I been doing? I am noticing that my sleeping has become irregular. One night, I go to sleep right away and than the next night it takes me longer. Since I am at home I just roll with it. Allowing my body to do what it needs to do. I am keeping my social distancing. Only going to the store when it's necessary. When will things go back to normal. I applied for unemployment and in the State of Florida there has been issues, I can't imagine those that had to apply in early March. I pray we can reach normalizing things. I am normally a loner anyway. I am normally a home person. I have been reading. I opened a TikTok account. I have began a podcast show. I am sharing my voice.
