That girl was a  sad mistreated girl.  A girl that had spend years pretending all was well.  A girl that was stressed, depressed, afraid, hurt, abused, and didn't know her self-worth.  Who's that girl? This girl spend years  wondering "WHY"  things had happened the way they had.   This girl smiled in front of peers. This girl attended regular church services with her heart in pieces because moments prior she had been emotionally and verbally abused at home. My experience during  Church of Spiritual Light 's  People Shine Mind-Body-Spirit  Holistic Fair  which is held every first Saturday of the month.  As a Mind-Body Spirit Wellness Practitioner, I believe in alternative healing medicine to support a balance life.  I have shared my experiences with different modalities such as Reiki, Hynotherapy, Bio-Magnetic Therapy, and Angelic Spiritual Coaching.  I believe we have choices and it is so important to make choices that help heal your mind, body, and spirit. Everyday I am eternally grateful for the many signs the Angels send me from heaven. I share an Angel Guidance Card of the Day daily on my  Instagram  and  Facebook .  Each day I am open to see the signs from heaven.  The card of the day had such an important message regarding giving and receiving gifts.
