What is fear?  If you look it up on Wikipedia.....it states Fear is a distressing negative emotion induced by a perceived threat. Two words stand out to me in that definition...the first is  negative  and the second is  emotion.  How many times have you wanted to make changes in your life? Be it work related, relationship related, health related, the list can go on and on. But what has stopped you is fear...a  negative thought , a  negative idea ....an  emotion  that makes you  feel   scared .  Remember if you want to make successful changes in your life you have to BELIEVE, STAY POSITIVE, HAVE FAITH, AFFIRM that you CAN make any change in your life. I know what it's like to "feel" like you can accomplish anything. But once I changed my MIND-SET.  I began to put in practice things I had learned from my mentors. The Secret of Life Today is Summer Solstice. The first day of Summer. Here in Southwest Florida, it was close to 97 degrees. It's Friday, my day off, but my day was busy with errands. Went to my dad's eye doctor's appointment. We went to the car dealership to get his car washed. Stop and ate at First Watch Cafe (love this place) afterwards we stopped at Lowe's and ALDI.   Arrive home at 1:30 PM and I was off to take care of my personal errands. Officially changed the name of my business accounts.  My given birth name is spelled Nancy but I am legally changing it to Nanncie. Why you may ask, as one of the bank personnel did ask me this...the vibration of Nanncie adds up to a fortunate number in numerology whereas the spelling Nancy did not. Still pronounce the same just the spelling is changing. I began with my LLC amendment. Energetically I feel a shift.  I did my meditation. Connecting to my mind, body, and spirit. This month has been a time of truly asking the Divine for signs along with allowing Spirit to speak to me through these signs. It's been a month of trusting the guidance from my Angels. Today, I was guided to write about choosing love, having a voice and most importantly releasing fear.  As I was listening to a lecture about fear. I am reminded about my journey at releasing fear.  As I looked for an image on google to share on this blog post, I came across one of my very own images in which I posted on Pinterest exactly 2 years ago. As I read the words a clear affirmation "I release any fear that holds me back from having a voice" an overwhelming feeling of gratitude fills my spirit.  Fear kept my voice silent for many years. Fear of rejection. Fear of not doing or saying the right thing. Fear kept my voice silent for many years while I lived in a very destructive relationship.  So much has happened in the last two years since I posted this powerful affirmation.
