I love Painting With A Twist - Fort Myers . My aunts came to visit the family. And they had a Sister's Gathering. We had such a wonderful evening. We painted. We sang. We dance. We laughed. And laughed some more. We painted. We made family memories that will forever be cherish in our hearts. Not all of the family could attend. But some of us made it to celebrate with the Golden Girls (my mom and her sisters) - It was on Friday and I normally am off on Fridays but this Friday I had to work. I thought I was going to get there late but I was able to leave work earlier than expected. I am a regular at PWAT and so I arrive and let them know I was there (because IF I would have gotten there late the artist was going to paint my background) but I arrived and was happy I could make it early. Healing Altar Reiki Mini Sessions were held today at The Mystical Moon in Fort Myers, Florida.  I truly love being of service. I feel blessed to be a vessel of Universal Life Force energy. The space is calm and welcoming. Today I attended the first Holistic Chamber of Commerce of SWFL at the Bell Tower Shops.  Invited by Laurie the owner of The Mystical Moon with two locations in SWFL (Fort Myers and Bonita Springs) it was a wonderful day of networking and many wonderful vendors.  Had the pleasure of meeting new people.   I share of the services I offer at The Mystical Moon in Fort Myers.  I am holding my sessions there.  Had some delicious food by Mindful Meals and fresh smoothies  by Irene's Dream.  I hope to be part of the next one.  My dad even ate a veggie wrap. 

Mindful. Love. Each day I make it a point to live mindful. I also make it a point to live in the vibration of love. I am here for a purpose and that is to assist others in aligning with heart so that it inspires their ascension. I believe this is all lightworkers purpose and mission. This week I was faced with a truth. I now know why there are so many "yoga" studios. It's because everyone wants to do their "own" thing. Teach their own style of yoga. Kinda like churches.  I recently sent some messages to introduce myself and the inquire if they (yoga studios) would have an opening for a Kundalini Yoga class. I was immediately rejected on one of the messages. The other one never replied. I respect their decision but it made me think about  BKS Yoga Studio  in Naples, Florida.  I have been attending BKS for about a year or so taking their Kundalini Yoga classes and Kundalini Workshops. Living life. Loving those that want to be part of it. Girls night at Painting With A Twist in Fort Myers, Florida. This was May 22nd. Girls Night with my cousins. It was a awesome night. Love living a balance lifestyle which is so important.  I am a coach/mentor/guide and love sharing my light and love in this world. Yet it is so important that we balance our life's.  It is so important that we find time for ourselves. Having "me time" is so very important. I truly found that balance when I shifted my mindset and began working on me. I truly love helping others shift into a healthy happy lifestyle. I wanted to share this picture because I am by far not an artist but yet looking at this picture I can say "Heck, I am pretty good."  Angel Blessings

Yesterday I was at the beach in Naples, Florida.  When I look up I saw this beautiful view of the sun with a circle around it.   It was amazing. I had to share it with you.

This past month has been super difficult for me.  With everything that is going on in my life -- it brought this song  "Restore Me Jesus",   to my mind .   I love this song  because it has so much meaning.  I don't know if you can relate with me on this....there are times no matter what you do or what you say.....there is someone putting you down / pulling you down....and lets face it -- we are made of flesh and blood....we are only humans.....it's normal to cry...feel sad...feel upset....BUT that doesn't take away from the person you are trying to become or the goals you are trying to achieve.....everyone has good days and everyone has bad days....but it's up to you to allow those bad days to keep you down and keep you from moving on.....so have your cry......yell out loud....but once you've done that....pick yourself up and start running forward! There is a verse in this song that goes..... only YOU u...
