Day 3 of quarantine. On Thursday when I clocked out of work. I never thought I would not be going back on Monday.  I am still. Began my day drinking my juice. I did leave the house to go to the chiropractor.  I also had to go to Lowe's to pick up Morton's salt. My dad is 73 years old and we don't want him getting exposed to anyone that may have the virus. I went to pick it up. Thank you to the Lowe's employee that put it in my trunk. Those bags are heavy and I can't handle them. Daddy got them out when I got home. Traffic was busy in Fort Myers. I got us some lunch. I went and filled up my gas tank. I will be home until next Monday, my next appt.  As I was going to put gas, I found a #CoinFromHeaven. I am thankful for divine signs always being provided for me from God/Spirit/Divine.  I am grounded, calm, and grateful. I am welcoming this time. I have decided to launch a podcast. I will provide more details in my next blog. Wishing you lots of lights...

Sunday Vibes Day 2 of quarantine My sister and niece came over yesterday to see dad and spend the night. We laughed. We enjoyed time with each other. On Friday, I was officially sent home to self quarantine. The governor issued the order that all fitness centers had to closed state wide. I am going to welcome stillness. Only going out to get my dad's medicine. Yesterday my niece gave me a facial and massage.   My niece Vicky was in shock when she noticed that she had the same birthmark on her foot as I. My sister doesn't have this birthmark. We had to mark the moment with a picture. lol I told her she was special cuz she had titi's birthmark. lol Day 2 - today I filled the bird feeders, I definitely want to see my bird friends this week. As I sat here to write this blog. I had the doves come by and eat. And also the red cardinal. It's so beautiful outdoors.  Very tranquil. This morning before I left for yoga. I looked up at the sky and saw the most beautiful sight. Today was a lovely day here in SWFL. It was perfect. As I drove to Our Yoga Place to take the Stretch and Restore yoga class.  I was at the light and the car in front of me on the other lane had a sign #222 - 2/22 how perfect.  I was sick last weekend so getting out was very refreshing. I needed the class to stretch my body and the restore portion was much needed....needless to say the class was just what the dr. ordered. I wanted to share the magical angelic day I had on Tuesday. I had a conversation with a friend about signs. How Spirit communicates to us in so many different ways. How wonderful it is to be open and aware of the ways we are being guided each and every day. I know you may say to yourself....this gal sounds like a broken record....and I get it. But my message is clear. Our angelic spiritual team, God, Jesus, Source, Universe, Divine (you get my point) is always speaking to us loud and clear. We are never ever alone! So I went on with my day and at lunch I was sharing with my co-worker my conversation. My co-worker gets the signs. Today is my Day 33 of Spirit Voyage 's Global Sadhana "Magnify Your Radiance" with Aykanna I started on Day 1 which was September 17th due to a family emergency, I had to start again on September 25th. Magnify Your Radiance is such a beautiful kriya and meditation set. I can feel myself vibrating with the cosmos. Powerful. I had an experience in which something came to my awareness and I knew even though I hadn't seen it for myself. I just knew the TRUTH . Kundalini Yoga will bring you the awareness into higher consciousness. It will help you face things with a different state of mind. I honestly can say this Global Sadhana has done that for me. When you know that you are  "Protected By Angels" .  A week ago today on September 8th, I was in a car accident. I was on my way to work in the morning to provide Reiki healing sessions. I had stopped at the store to purchase some flowers. I never made it to work. My car was towed to the yard for the insurance to come get it and adjust it. I was hit in the front drivers side front end.  I waited until today to share this only for one reason to share my experience with Archangel Michael.  As I mention, I was on my way to work. I had my cards, candles, crystals, my cloths, and I had my four Archangel figurines. Archangel Raphael, Archangel Uriel, Archangel Gabriel, and Archangel Michael.  Each one in their little pouch. Today I drove up to Plantation, Florida to meet up with my two fellow classmates. The plan was Kundalini Yoga at  Yoga Source  at 10:30 AM (the class was great with the gong for relaxation) and lunch afterwards.  Excited because today I would receive in my hand my Kundalini Yoga Teacher Certificate.  The journey to become a Kundalini Yoga Teacher begun with a major trigger shift. I was suppose have begun in March of 2017 but they pushed it to May 5, 2017. That week there were events that transpired which truly would be a major trigger shift awakening for transformation. This could have also gone two ways. One I could have backed away from my training or "Keep Up" - I kept up and today I officially have my certificate. There has been so much growth and ascending. Yesterday was 3/11 and the Divine sent me so many signs that I was guided to share this blog today. If you know me or follow me on  Facebook   you are aware that I love signs from my Angelic Team. I receive them on a daily basis. No matter how big or small it may seem, I welcome the guidance. In 2007, I had reached a point in my life that the sorrow I was living was preparing to awaken me. I was living in a verbally abusive relationship and my inner being was about to shift in a way in which I began to do the inner work. I felt confused, alone, and as if there was no one out there that understood what I was going through. I began to seek out positive books. I would love audio books because I could listen to them while I ironed and cleaned. It was my mental break from the verbal and emotional abuse. Something happened as I continue to follow mentors like Gabby Bernstein, Dr Wayne Dyer, Louise Hays, and Esther Hicks to name a few.
