The Secret of Life Today is Summer Solstice. The first day of Summer. Here in Southwest Florida, it was close to 97 degrees. It's Friday, my day off, but my day was busy with errands. Went to my dad's eye doctor's appointment. We went to the car dealership to get his car washed. Stop and ate at First Watch Cafe (love this place) afterwards we stopped at Lowe's and ALDI.   Arrive home at 1:30 PM and I was off to take care of my personal errands. Officially changed the name of my business accounts.  My given birth name is spelled Nancy but I am legally changing it to Nanncie. Why you may ask, as one of the bank personnel did ask me this...the vibration of Nanncie adds up to a fortunate number in numerology whereas the spelling Nancy did not. Still pronounce the same just the spelling is changing. I began with my LLC amendment. Energetically I feel a shift.  I did my meditation. Connecting to my mind, body, and spirit. I spend some time with Mother Earth outdoo...

I am reading the book  " Women Who Run With the Wolves" book written by Clarissa Pinkola Estes. I highly recommend it to  ALL women! I came across this sentence  A woman may try to hide from the devastation 's of her life, but the bleeding , the loss of life's energy, will continue until  she recognizes the predator for what it is and contains it.   Immediately, I was enlighten to a truth. I was that woman hiding the devastation of being abused from the world. I pretended to be happy for a very long time.  My soul was bleeding inside. My aura energy was losing life. I continued reading ( I only recommend you read 2 to 3 pages a day, allow yourself to reflect on what you've read as this is a very profound book) and this next sentence spoke to me. There are times when things that happen in your life seems as if it's the end of the world. You ask yourself "Why me" or "Why now" but as the quote states it's overcoming these life "challenges" that at the end give your life more meaning!  Life is not easy. But we have to realize that when we are faced with challenges or as I call them "life lessons" ...there is something that has to be learned......sometimes we will face these "lessons" over and over again.....basically my friend it means you haven't "learned" the lesson.  The next time you are faced with a challenge or lesson.....take a few minutes to just sit....close your eyes....ask yourself "WHAT is it that I need to learn from this?"  once you've asked that question....just close your eyes and in a stillness.....you will get your answer!
