Sun Therapy  Memorial Day at Barefoot Beach On this Memorial Day, my dad and I went to Barefoot Beach Preserve County Park in Bonita Springs, Florida.  It had been 2 years since my last trip to the beach. Due to Hurricane Irma and the red tide.   It was such a great day. I love listening to the water.  I am thankful to have this opportunity to enjoy life and say thank you to all the men and women whom serve our country.  We should always remember and be thankful not just on a holiday. Feathers Finding feathers on your path is one of the more commonly known signs of the angels. Feathers of any color are a beautiful reminder that your angels are near, loving and supporting you from behind the scenes. When you find feathers in a place which is somewhat abnormal is an especially powerful angelic sign. Spiritual Enlightenment  is the ability to understand that there is a higher being in the world. People often think that they are their own greatest success. A lot of times the decisions that you make and the chooses that you have, give us greater opportunities in life to succeed and achieve some of your goals and dreams.  It is not until a tragedy occurs that in some of us, our inner being is awakened. People have an excellent opportunity to learn how to relax and let your spiritual being be in control of your life. A lot of us do not realize that until later in life. And all along, if we were to just trust our spiritual being that will lead us to spiritual enlightenment. Life is full of ups and downs, highs and lows and hurt and pain. But when you learn that there is a higher power and someone else in control you learn how to enjoy peace and harmony in this world.

Yesterday was 3/11 and the Divine sent me so many signs that I was guided to share this blog today. If you know me or follow me on  Facebook   you are aware that I love signs from my Angelic Team. I receive them on a daily basis. No matter how big or small it may seem, I welcome the guidance. Recapping yesterday was March 11th (3/11) and I worked at MAX'D Out Fitness Center (my night job in which I manage the centers) we are currently short staff which means I am working Saturdays (not my normal schedule) so I had a customer (not a member) come in and purchase a protein shake (we make some delicious shakes) he left me the change for a tip which was $3.11 - well begin that it was March 11th (3/11) and my tip (grateful heart) was $3.11, I decided to look into the guidance my Angelic Team had for me.  Angel Number 311 message - Because you're surrounded by so many wise and loving ascended masters, your energy and thoughts have been lifted to a level of instant man...

In order to awaken the world to the LIGHT, I must not be afraid to SHINE. Love conquers all. I heard this growing up in sermons a lot. Yet during my darkest life lessons, I often wondered "does love really conquer all" because I was loving someone so much to the point. I neglected my own well-being to please another for love. I also heard the phrase "pray that God will change him" yet it wasn't until I began seeking answers to this phrase that I was enlightened. God gives us free will. God will not and can not change a person that doesn't seek change. So it doesn't matter how much you pray for someone. Last night I had the pleasure of attending one of Gabby Bernstein's guest appearance  event in Boca Raton, Florida.  This event was hosted by Temple Beth El of Boca Raton and the theme was "Conversations on the Cutting Edge" topics of Oneness, Spirituality and Purpose. I began my spiritual journey back in 2009 after listening to one of Gabby's podcast several times. I bought my very first crystal a rose quartz after listening to this podcast. After listening to her podcast, I began searching myself. I needed to find meaning to all of my life lessons.
