A new chapter awaits you. As I was reviewing old videos I came across the one below. I recorded this on March 15, 2011, I had physically accomplish a goal to loose weight and get healthy. I also had accomplished getting my degree in Personal Training. Much has evolved in my life. Personal and spiritual growth. I share this video as a motivational message. My intention is that you receive encouragement to believe in yourself. Feel free to comment below what you wish to accomplish in 2020. Spiritual Enlightenment  is the ability to understand that there is a higher being in the world. People often think that they are their own greatest success. A lot of times the decisions that you make and the chooses that you have, give us greater opportunities in life to succeed and achieve some of your goals and dreams.  It is not until a tragedy occurs that in some of us, our inner being is awakened. People have an excellent opportunity to learn how to relax and let your spiritual being be in control of your life. A lot of us do not realize that until later in life. And all along, if we were to just trust our spiritual being that will lead us to spiritual enlightenment. Life is full of ups and downs, highs and lows and hurt and pain. But when you learn that there is a higher power and someone else in control you learn how to enjoy peace and harmony in this world.

This is the truth. How important it is to plan your life goals. I wonder how many put themselves first. Think about what you want to accomplish in your life. Spend some time thinking about how you want to follow your path to greatness. What is your passion? Are you doing what you love to do? What inspire you? With this New Year that has just started why don't you spend time planning what it is you really want for your life. I can guaranteed you will be happy once you take control of your life. Make those changes. You have the POWER!

When you surrender and allow God to lead your journey. You must trust the process. When you are clearly asking for signs. You must trust the signs that are given. Trusting the process can be scary.  Change can be scary sometimes,  but the Divine says TRUST. I was guided to write this blog post today because as an intuitive coach I can see, feel, and know when my Creator is sending me messages. I ask and it is answered.  As I pray and am guided situations arise that make me stop and think and analyze all the signs and gut feelings Spirit has been giving me.  Today I was reminded that everything will happen at it's Divine timing but in the meantime I just need to trust the process. When we surrender and allow for things to flow as it should, there is no need to worry about change. Change is good. But change won't happen if you are asking for something and your heart is far from trusting the process. Letting go and allow God can be scary. But when you totally allow Go...

As 2014 comes to an end. I sit here and think about ALL the dreams I have for 2015.  See my dreams and goals do not come to an end with the finale of 2014. I AM continuing on with the intentions of fulfilling ALL my dreams and goals. I ask you what dreams and goals have you buried away because the years have come and gone?  Do you know that limiting beliefs, energy blocks, mindset can keep you from reaching your highest potential.  Do you know that hiring a coach can help you with all the above. One tip I will give you is that if you want to see miracles in your life......you have to live life as it is - a daily miracle.  Live in gratitude, joy, love, kindness, happiness, etc etc You may ask but how when I don't see anything looking up for me. Well I am here to tell you that "like attracts like" start changing that mind-set. Affirm that good things are coming your way.  Affirm that the doors are opening in your favor.  Affirm that you are being guide...
