Sunday Vibes Day 2 of quarantine My sister and niece came over yesterday to see dad and spend the night. We laughed. We enjoyed time with each other. On Friday, I was officially sent home to self quarantine. The governor issued the order that all fitness centers had to closed state wide. I am going to welcome stillness. Only going out to get my dad's medicine. Yesterday my niece gave me a facial and massage.   My niece Vicky was in shock when she noticed that she had the same birthmark on her foot as I. My sister doesn't have this birthmark. We had to mark the moment with a picture. lol I told her she was special cuz she had titi's birthmark. lol Day 2 - today I filled the bird feeders, I definitely want to see my bird friends this week. As I sat here to write this blog. I had the doves come by and eat. And also the red cardinal. It's so beautiful outdoors.  Very tranquil. Yesterday Friday the 13th,  my sister and I traveled to North Carolina. My daughter gets married on Sunday. It's an exciting time in my life. I am so very grateful to God for this blessing. Yesterday we flew in to North Carolina. It was so cold and raining. We picked up my dress for the wedding. I had mailed in to Young Cleaners in Concord, NC early because I wanted to make sure it would  be pressed and ready for me when I arrived. I was so pleased with the owner Zelda. She eased my worries and it was a pleasure to meet her after talking to her over the phone several times before I felt sure to mail in my dress.  After we picked up my dress, we drove to the hotel - Homewood Suites by Hilton in Concord. I had called the night before to request early check in. We had woke up very early to begin our travel day. I was so happy when the room I selected was ready and we were able to get settled in. I love Painting With A Twist - Fort Myers . My aunts came to visit the family. And they had a Sister's Gathering. We had such a wonderful evening. We painted. We sang. We dance. We laughed. And laughed some more. We painted. We made family memories that will forever be cherish in our hearts. Not all of the family could attend. But some of us made it to celebrate with the Golden Girls (my mom and her sisters) - It was on Friday and I normally am off on Fridays but this Friday I had to work. I thought I was going to get there late but I was able to leave work earlier than expected. I am a regular at PWAT and so I arrive and let them know I was there (because IF I would have gotten there late the artist was going to paint my background) but I arrived and was happy I could make it early. Life Make Sure You Have Fun Sister's Trip. Making Memories. Sharing Laughter. Life is suppose to be FUN. Are you taking time to just BE. They say laughter is the BEST medicine. My sisters are probably gonna hurt me for sharing this video clip. We went on a weekend sister's trip and were enjoying some much rest and relaxation. We wanted to do the "Whip and Nae Nae" video.
