Quarantine Day 30

Quarantine Day 30, it's been a month. March 20th, the fitness center in which I managed had to closed down due to the government's executive order. How have I been doing? What have I been doing? I am noticing that my sleeping has become irregular. One night, I go to sleep right away and than the next night it takes me longer. Since I am at home I just roll with it. Allowing my body to do what it needs to do. I am keeping my social distancing. Only going to the store when it's necessary. When will things go back to normal. I applied for unemployment and in the State of Florida there has been issues, I can't imagine those that had to apply in early March. I pray we can reach normalizing things. I am normally a loner anyway. I am normally a home person. I have been reading. I opened a TikTok account. I have began a podcast show. I am sharing my voice. My purpose has to be fulfilled in this lifetime and I am will continue move forward one day at a time. I am open for the...

Stillness

Stillness. I welcome stillness. I welcome being still. I welcome time to just be. Quiet. Observing. Reflecting. Stillness. Before COVID-19, I practiced stillness. Staying home. Disconnecting. Allowing the stillness to guide me. Allowing stillness to speak to me. Allowing the silence of the world as a welcoming experience. As I reflect, I am still. I trust. I will not choose fear. I will always choose LOVE.  This will soon pass. I am ready for the spiritual growth this is bringing.  I welcome it.  I breathe in the light.  I breathe out the light.  I breathe in love. I breathe out love.  I breathe in healing. I breathe out healing . I breathe in peace. I breathe out peace. I breathe in stillness. I breathe out stillness.  I honor God with every fiber of my being and I KNOW God is with me and my. Stillness. Take a moment to reflect on this tranquil vibration and allow the stillness to flow deep within your fibe...

Sunday Vibes

Sunday Vibes Day 2 of quarantine My sister and niece came over yesterday to see dad and spend the night. We laughed. We enjoyed time with each other. On Friday, I was officially sent home to self quarantine. The governor issued the order that all fitness centers had to closed state wide. I am going to welcome stillness. Only going out to get my dad's medicine. Yesterday my niece gave me a facial and massage.   My niece Vicky was in shock when she noticed that she had the same birthmark on her foot as I. My sister doesn't have this birthmark. We had to mark the moment with a picture. lol I told her she was special cuz she had titi's birthmark. lol Day 2 - today I filled the bird feeders, I definitely want to see my bird friends this week. As I sat here to write this blog. I had the doves come by and eat. And also the red cardinal. It's so beautiful outdoors.  Very tranquil. Best moment of the day was my sister, niece, and I did a TikTok...

My Spiritual Maintenance Detox Week

My Spiritual Maintenance Detox Week   On Wednesday July 3rd, I began a physical detox cleanse. I had done this cleanse before but this time I wanted to add an additional element. I wanted to combine a social media cleanse as well. I had done a weekend social media cleanse before on it's own. For me what this meant was to be present. To be present with my mind, body and soul. To be present with my surroundings and those in my surroundings. I took advantage of the fact that at my day job I was going to be off beginning Thursday July 4th, and I decided to take Saturday off from holding sessions. I knew I would not be holding space (sessions) until Thursday July 11th, so I knew this would be perfect for what Spirit was telling me to do. I turned off all notifications on Tuesday night.  During my cleanse, it was important to truly receive downloads from the Universe during my meditation practice. The energy has been beautiful for tapping into your higher mind and r...

Quiet Your Mind Before Starting Your Day

Focus on your thinking at the start of every day. Are your thoughts already racing through your to-do list? Are they jumping from one subject to another?  Did a troubling dream leave you anxious, angry, or fearful?  If you answered yes to any of those questions, spend ten minutes before you even get out of bed doing a mental check.  Take deep breaths. Be aware of your entire body. Feel anchored. Feel centered in it.  Quiet your mind. Think positive thoughts. Dial out those bad emotions. Relax in peace. The world can wait ten minutes.
