  An Unexpected Experience In January, I was in a accident. I was at a stand still waiting to make a left turn when I was slammed from behind. What an unexpected experience.  Emotionally and physically causing a roll coaster ride within my being. I was an emotional mess. This experience was like nothing I had ever gone through. The hit was so hard that my 911 assistance in my Ford called for me. I literally felt my heart coming out of my chest from the impact. My car was a total lost. I could not understand how the 19 year old girl driving had not seen my turning signal and my brake lights since it was around 8:30 pm, yes it was dark out. Saying goodbye to 2019. Saying goodbye to a decade. Since 2010 so much has evolved, so much has transformed, so much has healed. I can see how I have been guided in all that has happened in my life. As the years have gone by, I have created my own ritual. I love to begin the new year with a clean car, clean house, and setting new intentions. I like to ring in the new year at home. I will catch some the ball drop at time square. I will drink some grape sparking juice. I will burn sage and light a candle. I will pray and connect with God. I will BE. I am grateful and I look forward to what the next decade will bring into my life. I know everything-everything is working for my highest good. I want to wish you a Happy New Year's Eve. I have found that when I focus on gratitude it automatically puts me in a positive vibration. There is no way you can go wrong. Begin each day focusing on at least 5 things you are grateful in your life right now. As you begin to focus these things you are grateful for begin to visualize them. Smile as you are mentally focusing on the 5 things you are grateful for right now.   Choices. We've made bad ones. We've made good ones. I stated "we've" because I too have made bad and good choices. I have learned from those choices.  I am about to share some important life journey lessons and how you can move forward living a happier more fulfilling life.  The first thing you must recognize and accept are your choices. No matter how old you are once you become an adult - there is no one to blame but yourself. STOP blaming the life, your mom, your dad, your family etc. At some point in your life, you made life changing choices.  I share this because of experience. When I was young I blamed others for my life. It wasn't until I began to grow and learn. I realized I (me, myself, & I) attract ALL the events that had happen to me. Awakening As I sit here preparing mentally to share this blog with you my dear friends, the intention of awakening is to bring miraculous healing. At the end "awakening" does just that...it allows us to recognize what triggers us so we can heal from all the junk that no longer serves us. It is a daily process of mindfully being in the present and doing the work.  I have written other blogs about my personal experiences on awakening (spiritual awakening, ascension) and today spirit guided me to bring you this blog post. My Spiritual Maintenance Detox Week   On Wednesday July 3rd, I began a physical detox cleanse. I had done this cleanse before but this time I wanted to add an additional element. I wanted to combine a social media cleanse as well. I had done a weekend social media cleanse before on it's own. For me what this meant was to be present. To be present with my mind, body and soul. To be present with my surroundings and those in my surroundings. I took advantage of the fact that at my day job I was going to be off beginning Thursday July 4th, and I decided to take Saturday off from holding sessions. I knew I would not be holding space (sessions) until Thursday July 11th, so I knew this would be perfect for what Spirit was telling me to do. I have begun a physical detox and decided to also do a social media detox for a week.  The Mystical Moon will be closed on the Fourth of July (Wishing everyone a safe Holiday)  I am taking Saturday off to spend it with my family. I always love receiving signs and confirmation that my ancestors are with me. I love receiving divine signs all together. Coins from heaven. Feathers from my angels. All are deeply special to me. I am forever grateful each and every day to be blessed with signs, for I receive them every day.  Today was extra special. Before work I went to Walmart to buy a few things. When I went to the self check out there I found some coins from heaven. Immediately, I express gratitude to my angels. I went to work. It's the day after Memorial Day so it's kinda slow (until the very end) - so Leo comes to work out and before he leaves he treated himself to a protein smoothie (we have the most delicious smoothies, our secret ingredient is LOVE) so Leo sits at the counter and we begin to chat. He mention he hadn't been to workout since Thursday because he got a new tattoo. Now mind you, Leo has been a member with us for years. And we've spoken about his mom before in other occas...

There are times when things that happen in your life seems as if it's the end of the world. You ask yourself "Why me" or "Why now" but as the quote states it's overcoming these life "challenges" that at the end give your life more meaning!  Life is not easy. But we have to realize that when we are faced with challenges or as I call them "life lessons" ...there is something that has to be learned......sometimes we will face these "lessons" over and over again.....basically my friend it means you haven't "learned" the lesson.  The next time you are faced with a challenge or lesson.....take a few minutes to just sit....close your eyes....ask yourself "WHAT is it that I need to learn from this?"  once you've asked that question....just close your eyes and in a stillness.....you will get your answer!

My Mother  How many teenagers blame their mother, father, and even God for their life and everything that happens to them? I will be  very honest, I was one of those teenagers. After first  watching the movie "The Secret",   I realized that blaming my life situations  was keeping me from living my true purpose.   The choices  we make lead us to our path....if we make bad choices  we  will be faced  with tough, rough roads...but if we choose good than we will be in smooth, safe paths. Since becoming spiritually awaken and truly living life in a state of gratitude, I have learn that every lesson is meant for learning, for growth, to guide you into your path towards your life purpose.  NO ONE is responsible for the choices you have made but YOU.   Parents - you should not blame yourself for your children decision. For the last few months, I have received so many signs from the Angels.  If there is something I embrace with open arms are the good vibes that these signs bring me. Angels can send different signs. I was guided to write this blog post today. "I belong" comes from the space within me in which I felt I didn't belong. There was a period in my life in which I looked at my life and felt I didn't belong. I felt alone. I felt lost. I felt like an outsider looking into a window. I felt as if no one understood the space I was in nor could I explain it to them. I felt as if I didn't belong. It took an awakening within my soul. A shift. Last night I had the pleasure of attending one of Gabby Bernstein's guest appearance  event in Boca Raton, Florida.  This event was hosted by Temple Beth El of Boca Raton and the theme was "Conversations on the Cutting Edge" topics of Oneness, Spirituality and Purpose. I began my spiritual journey back in 2009 after listening to one of Gabby's podcast several times. I bought my very first crystal a rose quartz after listening to this podcast. After listening to her podcast, I began searching myself. I needed to find meaning to all of my life lessons. Prior to finding Gabby, I felt deep within my BEing that everything that I had gone through in my life was for a reason not yet realizing it was "my purpose" see I felt it deep within but didn't have a word for it until listening to Gabby's words.  In 2012, I decided to choose LOVE over fear. ​We were born to be real not to be perfect. I often tell others I am far from perfect. I am human. Only God is perfect. I try each day to live life in alignment with the Divine. I am not perfect.
