Quarantine Day 30

Quarantine Day 30, it's been a month. March 20th, the fitness center in which I managed had to closed down due to the government's executive order. How have I been doing? What have I been doing? I am noticing that my sleeping has become irregular. One night, I go to sleep right away and than the next night it takes me longer. Since I am at home I just roll with it. Allowing my body to do what it needs to do. I am keeping my social distancing. Only going to the store when it's necessary. When will things go back to normal. I applied for unemployment and in the State of Florida there has been issues, I can't imagine those that had to apply in early March. I pray we can reach normalizing things. I am normally a loner anyway. I am normally a home person. I have been reading. I opened a TikTok account. I have began a podcast show. I am sharing my voice. My purpose has to be fulfilled in this lifetime and I am will continue move forward one day at a time. I am open for the...

Finding Gratitude in Stillness

Finding Gratitude in Stillness Today is Day 14 in quarantine. As I shared before on March 20th, I was forced to stay home until this virus does it's course. Stillness. Quietness. Gratitude is something I vibrate each and every day. From big things to small things, I find something in each day that fills my being with the vibration of gratitude. Today as I was listening to this song called Songbird - it's an old song, it has been out since like 1998 but I hadn't heard it before. I was singing, dancing, and walking outside. Getting some sunshine. It was still. I could hear the birds chirping in between the start and ending of the song.  As I was thinking of how grateful I am for I know everything works for my highest good. I felt an enormous heartfelt gratitude to God.  The thought came to me that this virus had been around for a while, some say it was around since November. And it hit me, I was like thank you God for allowing me to received an answered prayer. In Dece...

Stillness

Stillness. I welcome stillness. I welcome being still. I welcome time to just be. Quiet. Observing. Reflecting. Stillness. Before COVID-19, I practiced stillness. Staying home. Disconnecting. Allowing the stillness to guide me. Allowing stillness to speak to me. Allowing the silence of the world as a welcoming experience. As I reflect, I am still. I trust. I will not choose fear. I will always choose LOVE.  This will soon pass. I am ready for the spiritual growth this is bringing.  I welcome it.  I breathe in the light.  I breathe out the light.  I breathe in love. I breathe out love.  I breathe in healing. I breathe out healing . I breathe in peace. I breathe out peace. I breathe in stillness. I breathe out stillness.  I honor God with every fiber of my being and I KNOW God is with me and my. Stillness. Take a moment to reflect on this tranquil vibration and allow the stillness to flow deep within your fibe...

#CoinsFromHeaven

Day 3 of quarantine. On Thursday when I clocked out of work. I never thought I would not be going back on Monday.  I am still. Began my day drinking my juice. I did leave the house to go to the chiropractor.  I also had to go to Lowe's to pick up Morton's salt. My dad is 73 years old and we don't want him getting exposed to anyone that may have the virus. I went to pick it up. Thank you to the Lowe's employee that put it in my trunk. Those bags are heavy and I can't handle them. Daddy got them out when I got home. Traffic was busy in Fort Myers. I got us some lunch. I went and filled up my gas tank. I will be home until next Monday, my next appt.  As I was going to put gas, I found a #CoinFromHeaven. I am thankful for divine signs always being provided for me from God/Spirit/Divine.  I am grounded, calm, and grateful. I am welcoming this time. I have decided to launch a podcast. I will provide more details in my next blog. Wishing you lots of lights...

Sunday Vibes

Sunday Vibes Day 2 of quarantine My sister and niece came over yesterday to see dad and spend the night. We laughed. We enjoyed time with each other. On Friday, I was officially sent home to self quarantine. The governor issued the order that all fitness centers had to closed state wide. I am going to welcome stillness. Only going out to get my dad's medicine. Yesterday my niece gave me a facial and massage.   My niece Vicky was in shock when she noticed that she had the same birthmark on her foot as I. My sister doesn't have this birthmark. We had to mark the moment with a picture. lol I told her she was special cuz she had titi's birthmark. lol Day 2 - today I filled the bird feeders, I definitely want to see my bird friends this week. As I sat here to write this blog. I had the doves come by and eat. And also the red cardinal. It's so beautiful outdoors.  Very tranquil. Best moment of the day was my sister, niece, and I did a TikTok...
