Spiritual Enlightenment

Spiritual Enlightenment is the ability to understand that there is a higher being in the world. People often think that they are their own greatest success. A lot of times the decisions that you make and the chooses that you have, give us greater opportunities in life to succeed and achieve some of your goals and dreams.
It is not until a tragedy occurs that in some of us, our inner being is awakened.
People have an excellent opportunity to learn how to relax and let your spiritual being be in control of your life. A lot of us do not realize that until later in life. And all along, if we were to just trust our spiritual being that will lead us to spiritual enlightenment. Life is full of ups and downs, highs and lows and hurt and pain. But when you learn that there is a higher power and someone else in control you learn how to enjoy peace and harmony in this world.

Quiet Your Mind Before Starting Your Day

Focus on your thinking at the start of every day. Are your thoughts already racing through your to-do list? Are they jumping from one subject to another?  Did a troubling dream leave you anxious, angry, or fearful?  If you answered yes to any of those questions, spend ten minutes before you even get out of bed doing a mental check.  Take deep breaths. Be aware of your entire body. Feel anchored. Feel centered in it.  Quiet your mind. Think positive thoughts. Dial out those bad emotions. Relax in peace. The world can wait ten minutes.
