The constraints in your life,
Negative things said
That you anchor in your mind.

When you think you can do
Something wonderful and grand,
You pull a message from
Your thoughts to ruin your plan.

Make it a goal in your life
To overcome any doubt and fear,
Never second guess yourself
To allow limiting beliefs to interfere.

Fill your mind with positive thoughts
And your heart with the will to believe,
Your hopes, plans, goals and success
Are meant for you to be achieve.

I Am Responsible For My Own Happiness

I wanted to share this thought with you today because of something that happened to me the other day. Do you know that YOU are responsible for YOUR own happiness? There are times when we have to deal with lessons in life. We grown up with divorce parents, sometimes without parent(s), or sad events that effect our lives. I know because I have been in those shoes. I will be honest there was a time in my life that I blamed everyone else for my happiness (because I wasn't living a happy life).....it wasn't until I began "dealing" with me that I began to discover so many things.
