Bad or Good

Choices.
We've made bad ones.
We've made good ones.
I stated "we've" because I too have made bad and good choices. I have learned from those choices.
I am about to share some important life journey lessons and how you can move forward living a happier more fulfilling life.  The first thing you must recognize and accept are your choices. No matter how old you are once you become an adult - there is no one to blame but yourself. STOP blaming the life, your mom, your dad, your family etc.
At some point in your life, you made life changing choices.
I share this because of experience. When I was young I blamed others for my life. It wasn't until I began to grow and learn. I realized I (me, myself, & I) attract ALL the events that had happen to me. I choice this experience for a reason. I had to go through this for a purpose.  Second, you must learn to forgive. Forgive everyone and most importantly forgive yourself. Once again, I share this from my own personal experience. When I began to forgive everyone that had hurt me. When I began to forgive everyone I had blamed. When I finally forgave MYSELF for making bad choices. I released all the negativity that I had carried for so long. Until you truly get real and raw and forgive you will never see the beauty that can transform your life. When you truly forgive from your heart, you make a transformational shift within your inner being. I honestly can explain it, you must experience it.
We have to face the fact once you become of age - you are a grown adult! Sometimes when you are not adult you make bad choices. I sit here writing this because I want you to begin making good choices.
Make good action plans to manifest your goals.
I am starting a 28 day magical journey to shift into an attitude of gratitude. If you want to manifest your goals. If you want to make a vibrational shift within your inner being mind, body, and soul. Join in this journey.
Sending you light and love,
Sat Nam

An Act of Kindness

What is Kindness?  Do you practice Kindness in your everyday life?  In the dictionary the meaning of Kindness is is the act or the state of being kind - —i.e. marked by goodness and charitable behavior. The best portion of a good man's life - his little, nameless, unremembered acts of  kindness  and love.  William Wordsworth Something happen this week "an act of kindness" that brings me to share with you the importance for us to have kindness in our daily life. A few days ago, there was a knock at my door. My dogs started barking. My kids questioned who was at the door. Like normal, I looked out the crack of the window to see who it was...I saw a small blue car at the entrance of my driveway and saw a man at the door. With my kids behind me and my dogs still barking, I opened the door and say "Yes, can I help you?". The gentlemen handed me a small bag, as it was placed in my hands it felt soft ( I couldn't imagine what was inside of it ...

Exciting News

Let's examine what's coming out of our mouth?

Have you ever asked someone how they are doing? Have you ever asked someone how things were going? Have you ever stopped to really listen to what comes out of their mouth?  I know first hand that life can be hard. Things we go through can tear us up into pieces.  Have you ever examine what's coming out of your mouth? Do we complain about anything and everything. Just some food for thought....instead of complaining about the issue...be thankful that whatever it is your facing will make you stronger and wiser.  Remember whatever your going through....is nothing compare to what someone else might be going through.....replace complaining with a  brighter outlook on the situation . I know it can be hard. But remember God knows we can handle whatever it is your facing. And I know that if the complaining stops....you will  Change Your Life !  Why? Because complaining is just another form of being negative. Thinking negative. Therefore if we ...
