Bye 2019 Welcome 2020

Saying goodbye to 2019. Saying goodbye to a decade.
Since 2010 so much has evolved, so much has transformed, so much has healed. I can see how I have been guided in all that has happened in my life. As the years have gone by, I have created my own ritual. I love to begin the new year with a clean car, clean house, and setting new intentions. I like to ring in the new year at home. I will catch some the ball drop at time square. I will drink some grape sparking juice. I will burn sage and light a candle. I will pray and connect with God. I will BE. I am grateful and I look forward to what the next decade will bring into my life. I know everything-everything is working for my highest good.
I want to wish you a Happy New Year's Eve. A Happy New Year and New Decade!
Be safe!

With my kids behind me and my dogs still barking, I opened the door and say "Yes, can I help you?". The gentlemen handed me a small bag, as it was placed in my hands it felt soft ( I couldn't imagine what was inside of it ...

Quiet Your Mind Before Starting Your Day

Focus on your thinking at the start of every day. Are your thoughts already racing through your to-do list? Are they jumping from one subject to another?  Did a troubling dream leave you anxious, angry, or fearful?  If you answered yes to any of those questions, spend ten minutes before you even get out of bed doing a mental check.  Take deep breaths. Be aware of your entire body. Feel anchored. Feel centered in it.  Quiet your mind. Think positive thoughts. Dial out those bad emotions. Relax in peace. The world can wait ten minutes.
