Keep Calm & Think Positively

"Always think positive, even if something has happened against your will or favor; don't ever blame your luck. Extract out only the positive things, keeping in mind that if something is not delivered to you, God is planning something better that you will get at the appropriate time."

I have found that when I focus on gratitude it automatically puts me in a positive vibration. There is no way you can go wrong. Begin each day focusing on at least 5 things you are grateful in your life right now. As you begin to focus these things you are grateful for begin to visualize them. Smile as you are mentally focusing on the 5 things you are grateful for right now. I guaranteed your life will change if you practice this ritual every day for the next 21 days.  I hope to hear from you and this amazing journey you will embark.
