Sunday Vibes
Day 2 of quarantine
My sister and niece came over yesterday to see dad and spend the night. We laughed. We enjoyed time with each other.
On Friday, I was officially sent home to self quarantine. The governor issued the order that all fitness centers had to closed state wide. I am going to welcome stillness. Only going out to get my dad's medicine.
Yesterday my niece gave me a facial and massage.
My niece Vicky was in shock when she noticed that she had the same birthmark on her foot as I. My sister doesn't have this birthmark. We had to mark the moment with a picture. lol
I told her she was special cuz she had titi's birthmark. lol
Day 2 - today I filled the bird feeders, I definitely want to see my bird friends this week. As I sat here to write this blog. I had the doves come by and eat. And also the red cardinal. It's so beautiful outdoors.  Very tranquil.

Best moment of the day was my sister, niece, and I did a TikTok - if you're on TikTok stop by and check it out.
Show some love.
How are you handling this time of stillness? I am going to dive into some books I want to finish as well. There many things you can do.
I am sending you light and love.
Be Blessed.

A few days ago, there was a knock at my door. My dogs started barking. My kids questioned who was at the door. Like normal, I looked out the crack of the window to see who it was...I saw a small blue car at the entrance of my driveway and saw a man at the door. With my kids behind me and my dogs still barking, I opened the door and say "Yes, can I help you?". The gentlemen handed me a small bag, as it was placed in my hands it felt soft ( I couldn't imagine what was inside of it ...

Quiet Your Mind Before Starting Your Day

Focus on your thinking at the start of every day. Are your thoughts already racing through your to-do list? Are they jumping from one subject to another?  Did a troubling dream leave you anxious, angry, or fearful?  If you answered yes to any of those questions, spend ten minutes before you even get out of bed doing a mental check.  Take deep breaths. Be aware of your entire body. Feel anchored. Feel centered in it.  Quiet your mind. Think positive thoughts. Dial out those bad emotions. Relax in peace. The world can wait ten minutes.
