I AM

Today I drove up to Plantation, Florida to meet up with my two fellow classmates. The plan was Kundalini Yoga at Yoga Source at 10:30 AM (the class was great with the gong for relaxation) and lunch afterwards.  Excited because today I would receive in my hand my Kundalini Yoga Teacher Certificate.  The journey to become a Kundalini Yoga Teacher begun with a major trigger shift. I was suppose have begun in March of 2017 but they pushed it to May 5, 2017. That week there were events that transpired which truly would be a major trigger shift awakening for transformation. This could have also gone two ways. One I could have backed away from my training or "Keep Up" - I kept up and today I officially have my certificate. There has been so much growth and ascending. A lot of surrendering to allowing.  On our last weekend together, I received a message from  Yoga Bhajan  - Allow it to come to you. I can truly say I have been allowing this to flow and see the wonders happening before my eyes. There have been so many lessons from May until March and I am happy that I can say I did this for me. I did this to share this yoga of awareness with others. I am so very grateful for everyone that supported me during this journey. 
I truly am thankful. 
As I look at the date that my trainer signed this certificate on July 11, 2018 - this date is very significant to me because on July 11, 2013 (5 years earlier) I was in a car accident and I know this were shifting for me and my awareness.  It was a year earlier that Kundalini Yoga was brought to my awareness. And it was in 2015 (3 years later) I found my teacher and began practicing the yoga of awareness. As I look at my framed certificate all the wonderful memories that were created with my fellow classmates, my 3 amazing trainers. All the laughter and joy we shared. All the energetic shifts that I experience some which were good and some that cleared out before coming with some type of pain. 

Don't go and get it.  BE - And allow it to come to you.

Just us gals enjoying lunch after our Kundalini Yoga class. We caught up and make it a monthly date to get together to support each other with our goals and dreams.  I also received divine signs today. As I arrived to Yoga Source there was a beautiful butterfly on a beautiful tree. And these angel numbers as well. Very grateful for everything my Spiritual Angelic Team is doing for my highest and best good.

I Am Responsible For My Own Happiness

I wanted to share this thought with you today because of something that happened to me the other day. Do you know that YOU are responsible for YOUR own happiness? There are times when we have to deal with lessons in life. We grown up with divorce parents, sometimes without parent(s), or sad events that effect our lives. I know because I have been in those shoes. I will be honest there was a time in my life that I blamed everyone else for my happiness (because I wasn't living a happy life).....it wasn't until I began "dealing" with me that I began to discover so many things.
