Healing Altar
Reiki Mini Sessions were held today at The Mystical Moon in Fort Myers, Florida.  I truly love being of service. I feel blessed to be a vessel of Universal Life Force energy.
The space is calm and welcoming. Intentionally set with sacredness.  There are so many benefits, my personal favorite is the benefit of getting clarity on your journey. 
This is what reiki energy does for you. It balances your chakras (energy centers) and it brings you
 a calm flow of clarity. 

 Chakra  Affirmations 

Crown Chakra - White in color - I am Peace 
Third Eye Chakra - Indigo - I am Calm
Throat Chakra - Blue - I express myself freely
Heart Chakra - Green - I am loved * I am loving
Solar Pexlus Chakra - Yellow - I can accomplish my dreams
Sacral Chakra - Orange - I constantly have ideas to create the life I want 
Root Chakra - Red - I am confident * I am full of energy

Visualize the color associated with each chakra and repeat these affirmations.

Inhale deeply and exhale slowly.

Don't Quit
