Because you should always pamper yourself once in a while. Today was one of those days. Enjoying a much needed Pedi. Today's reminder is to make it a point to treat yourself like a boss. Pamper yourself because you are worth it.

This week I was faced with a truth. I now know why there are so many "yoga" studios. It's because everyone wants to do their "own" thing. Teach their own style of yoga. Kinda like churches.  I recently sent some messages to introduce myself and the inquire if they (yoga studios) would have an opening for a Kundalini Yoga class. I was immediately rejected on one of the messages. The other one never replied. I respect their decision but it made me think about  BKS Yoga Studio  in Naples, Florida.  I have been attending BKS for about a year or so taking their Kundalini Yoga classes and Kundalini Workshops. Today I drove up to Plantation, Florida to meet up with my two fellow classmates. The plan was Kundalini Yoga at  Yoga Source  at 10:30 AM (the class was great with the gong for relaxation) and lunch afterwards.  Excited because today I would receive in my hand my Kundalini Yoga Teacher Certificate.  The journey to become a Kundalini Yoga Teacher begun with a major trigger shift. I was suppose have begun in March of 2017 but they pushed it to May 5, 2017. That week there were events that transpired which truly would be a major trigger shift awakening for transformation. This could have also gone two ways. One I could have backed away from my training or "Keep Up" - I kept up and today I officially have my certificate. There has been so much growth and ascending. About 3 years ago, I went through the dark night of the soul. I was going through my spiritual awakening. Experiencing many symptoms since 2009 which at the time I really didn't know what was happening to me. I knew I was changing. Yesterday was 3/11 and the Divine sent me so many signs that I was guided to share this blog today. If you know me or follow me on  Facebook   you are aware that I love signs from my Angelic Team. I receive them on a daily basis. No matter how big or small it may seem, I welcome the guidance.
