Is fear keeping you from making changes in your life?


What is fear?  If you look it up on Wikipedia.....it states Fear is a distressing negative emotion induced by a perceived threat.
Two words stand out to me in that definition...the first is negative and the second is emotion. 
How many times have you wanted to make changes in your life? Be it work related, relationship related, health related, the list can go on and on. But what has stopped you is fear...a negative thought, a negative idea....an emotion that makes you feel scared
Remember if you want to make successful changes in your life you have to BELIEVE, STAY POSITIVE, HAVE FAITH, AFFIRM that you CAN make any change in your life.
I know what it's like to "feel" like you can accomplish anything. But once I changed my MIND-SET.  I began to put in practice things I had learned from my mentors. I started seeing doors open like I hadn't imagine.
Don't let negativity be part of your life! Remove negative thoughts from your mind. Start learning how to improve yourself. Invest in some Self-Help audio. I love listening to these positive messages when I am driving around.  I love music but sometimes I just love receiving powerful messages that will help me improve my life. That change my life for the better. 
So I ask you this
"FEAR OF WHAT?" 
What is your fear?  Keep in mind when a baby starts learning how to walk they fall several times before they accomplish their very first steps......so maybe you'll have to fall several times before you reach your goal!!  If a baby doesn't give up WHY should you?
You are a strong person. You CAN do it!! I believe in YOU!! Believe in yourself and don't let fear stop you!!

Think Positive Thoughts

Over the years, a lot has been written and said about the power of positive thinking. All of it is based on the premise that what's in your head - positive thoughts - inevitably influences what's in your heart as well as how you behave.
