What is fear?  If you look it up on Wikipedia.....it states Fear is a distressing negative emotion induced by a perceived threat. Two words stand out to me in that definition...the first is  negative  and the second is  emotion.  How many times have you wanted to make changes in your life? Be it work related, relationship related, health related, the list can go on and on. But what has stopped you is fear...a  negative thought , a  negative idea ....an  emotion  that makes you  feel   scared .  Remember if you want to make successful changes in your life you have to BELIEVE, STAY POSITIVE, HAVE FAITH, AFFIRM that you CAN make any change in your life. I know what it's like to "feel" like you can accomplish anything. But once I changed my MIND-SET.  I began to put in practice things I had learned from my mentors. I have found that when I focus on gratitude it automatically puts me in a positive vibration. There is no way you can go wrong. Begin each day focusing on at least 5 things you are grateful in your life right now. As you begin to focus these things you are grateful for begin to visualize them. Smile as you are mentally focusing on the 5 things you are grateful for right now. Happy Thanksgiving  For me being thankful is expressed everyday not just one day out of the year. I understand that it's a holiday. This year I have to express so much gratitude for the miracles that God has given me. Attending my daughter's bridal shower was my miracle. Meeting my future son in love and being able to meet his family. What can I say but thank you God. I am blessed and I know more miracles and prayers will be answered. I am thankful for all of my experiences. I am thankful for the growth I have been able to have on this journey called life. Today like everyday I will be  THANKFUL! Have a blessed day my loves. Earlier this year, I was excited because it was announced that Marc Anthony was coming to Hertz Arena. One of my cousins had told me that Marc Anthony's concerts are amazing. He puts on a show. So of course I wanted to go and see him. I had not gone to his concert. I had sent the link to my cousins to see if one of them or all of them wanted to go.....none replied. One day two of my friends said they wanted to go as well. So we chatted about it and said okay we will go. Things ended up not working out for them to go. I was not about to attend a concert alone so I didn't get a ticket. A few weeks another friend said his work was going to raffle tickets. I love Painting With A Twist - Fort Myers . My aunts came to visit the family. And they had a Sister's Gathering. We had such a wonderful evening. We painted. We sang. We dance. We laughed. And laughed some more. We painted. We made family memories that will forever be cherish in our hearts. Not all of the family could attend. But some of us made it to celebrate with the Golden Girls (my mom and her sisters) - It was on Friday and I normally am off on Fridays but this Friday I had to work. I thought I was going to get there late but I was able to leave work earlier than expected. I am a regular at PWAT and so I arrive and let them know I was there (because IF I would have gotten there late the artist was going to paint my background) but I arrived and was happy I could make it early.
