Stillness

Stillness.
I welcome stillness.
I welcome being still.
I welcome time to just be.
Quiet.
Observing.
Reflecting.
Stillness.
Before COVID-19, I practiced stillness.
Staying home.
Disconnecting.
Allowing the stillness to guide me.
Allowing stillness to speak to me.
Allowing the silence of the world as a welcoming experience.
As I reflect, I am still. I trust. I will not choose fear. I will always choose LOVE.  This will soon pass. I am ready for the spiritual growth this is bringing.
I welcome it.
I breathe in the light. I breathe out the light.
I breathe in love. I breathe out love.
I breathe in healing. I breathe out healing
. I breathe in peace. I breathe out peace.
I breathe in stillness. I breathe out stillness.
I honor God with every fiber of my being and I KNOW God is with me and my. Stillness. Take a moment to reflect on this tranquil vibration and allow the stillness to flow deep within your fiber. Allow peace to fill your fiber. Have faith like a gran a mustard seed. That's all you need to make mountains move.
Join me in this vibration of faith.
Be Bless.

A few days ago, there was a knock at my door. My dogs started barking. My kids questioned who was at the door. Like normal, I looked out the crack of the window to see who it was...I saw a small blue car at the entrance of my driveway and saw a man at the door. With my kids behind me and my dogs still barking, I opened the door and say "Yes, can I help you?". The gentlemen handed me a small bag, as it was placed in my hands it felt soft ( I couldn't imagine what was inside of it ...

Exciting News

Let's examine what's coming out of our mouth?

Have you ever asked someone how they are doing? Have you ever asked someone how things were going? Have you ever stopped to really listen to what comes out of their mouth?  I know first hand that life can be hard. Things we go through can tear us up into pieces.  Have you ever examine what's coming out of your mouth? Do we complain about anything and everything. Just some food for thought....instead of complaining about the issue...be thankful that whatever it is your facing will make you stronger and wiser.  Remember whatever your going through....is nothing compare to what someone else might be going through.....replace complaining with a  brighter outlook on the situation . I know it can be hard. But remember God knows we can handle whatever it is your facing. And I know that if the complaining stops....you will  Change Your Life !  Why? Because complaining is just another form of being negative. Thinking negative. Therefore if we ...
