A Mother's Pride

Today as I sit here relaxing on this day May 8, 2016 celebrating Mother's Day just BEing. I reflect on memories shared with my children. I am grateful for all three of my children (Benny, Ashley, and Junior) and I wish them best in this world. Today, I share the photo I took with my oldest son on Friday May 6, 2016, so proud of his accomplishments. That is "A Mother's Pride" to see your children happy, healthy, and reaching for their own goals in life. My oldest son graduated from FSW with his Associates in Arts.  As you can see with the smile on my face. I was very proud of him. Happy that I was able to share his moment. I pray that Ashley and Junior will reach their own goals. I want what's best for my kids. I want them to know that they are more than capable of reaching their dreams. It's been four years since I've heard from them on special occasions and I was about to say that's okay but it's not okay. It's not okay to alienate your mother from your life. But although two of my children have chosen this path. I love them no matter what. Always.
Sending my kids tons of light and love wrapped in
Angel Blessings.
Love you forever,
Mom

With my kids behind me and my dogs still barking, I opened the door and say "Yes, can I help you?". The gentlemen handed me a small bag, as it was placed in my hands it felt soft ( I couldn't imagine what was inside of it ...

Quiet Your Mind Before Starting Your Day

Focus on your thinking at the start of every day. Are your thoughts already racing through your to-do list? Are they jumping from one subject to another?  Did a troubling dream leave you anxious, angry, or fearful?  If you answered yes to any of those questions, spend ten minutes before you even get out of bed doing a mental check.  Take deep breaths. Be aware of your entire body. Feel anchored. Feel centered in it.  Quiet your mind. Think positive thoughts. Dial out those bad emotions. Relax in peace. The world can wait ten minutes.
