Who's that Girl?

As I share this photo with you.  This photo taken sometime in 2005.
You may ask "Who's that girl?"
That girl was a  sad mistreated girl.  A girl that had spend years pretending all was well.  A girl that was stressed, depressed, afraid, hurt, abused, and didn't know her self-worth.  Who's that girl? This girl spend years  wondering "WHY"  things had happened the way they had.   This girl smiled in front of peers. This girl attended regular church services with her heart in pieces because moments prior she had been emotionally and verbally abused at home. This girl kept years of this treatment hidden from the world.  This girl that  you see in this photo wished many times that she could die....run away....wanted so desperately for the pain that she felt to stop.  This girl spend years "ASKING" God to change someone else until she began "ASKING" God to change her.  Something happened to this girl. She realized  her life - what she had been enduring - what she had experience was for a greater purpose.  This girl awoke. God answered her request.  Something inside this girl "SHIFTED"  and this girl developed her sense of self-worth.  This girl took steps to "EMPOWER" herself.  This girl  learned how to "HEAL" her mind, body, and spirit.  She found new rejuvenating strength from the God.  She made a decision to "CHANGE her LIFE" because she knew she had the "POWER" within her to do it!
This girl began to focus on "GOOD" on "GRATITUDE" on "HAPPINESS" on making sure her mental vibration aligned with her spiritual vibration.  Life has never been the same.
Who's that girl?  That girl is me.
No matter where you find yourself today. I want you to know that  you CAN use the same tools I used to HEAL and CHANGE your life too.
I am proof that healing work is life changing.
My vision is to empower the masses.
There is a saying a picture is worth a thousand words.  That is true!
Sending you healing light and love!

I Am Responsible For My Own Happiness

I wanted to share this thought with you today because of something that happened to me the other day. Do you know that YOU are responsible for YOUR own happiness? There are times when we have to deal with lessons in life. We grown up with divorce parents, sometimes without parent(s), or sad events that effect our lives. I know because I have been in those shoes. I will be honest there was a time in my life that I blamed everyone else for my happiness (because I wasn't living a happy life).....it wasn't until I began "dealing" with me that I began to discover so many things. I know that "I am responsible for my own happiness!" not my parents, not the bad relationships, not my family, not even my children.  I am responsible. Now that I know this I want to share my insights with others.....I know LIFE can be a challenge BUT nothing that you are going through should steal your happiness!! Life is a gift!! No matter what YOU are dealing with....sometimes we m...

My Mother

My Mother  How many teenagers blame their mother, father, and even God for their life and everything that happens to them? I will be  very honest, I was one of those teenagers. After first  watching the movie "The Secret",   I realized that blaming my life situations  was keeping me from living my true purpose.   The choices  we make lead us to our path....if we make bad choices  we  will be faced  with tough, rough roads...but if we choose good than we will be in smooth, safe paths. Since becoming spiritually awaken and truly living life in a state of gratitude, I have learn that every lesson is meant for learning, for growth, to guide you into your path towards your life purpose.  NO ONE is responsible for the choices you have made but YOU.   Parents - you should not blame yourself for your children decision. When we begin to take responsibility for your choices, a shift will occur. On Mother's Day, I was able to share ...
