Some new changes are coming to Nanncie Santana website. New serves and a BRAND new look. I am very excited about the things that are coming up this year! I set out my intentions in January. This is my year! I see my success.  I have connected with like minded people. That is so important whenever you are trying to reach any goals/dreams.  Surrounding yourself with people that will lift you up and encourage your dreams will lead you to your destiny. I AM A Money Magnet

Practitioners of the universal law of attraction say that what you think about most is what you attract into your life. Instead of worrying about money, think of yourself as a money magnet. Yoke your willpower and actions to your positive thinking. Believe that money from various sources (known and unknown) is flowing to you. Don't discount any of the myriad ways it might arrive including checks in the mail, found money, gifts, inheritances, rebates and coupons, refunds, dividends, and donations.

Quiet Your Mind Before Starting Your Day

Focus on your thinking at the start of every day. Are your thoughts already racing through your to-do list? Are they jumping from one subject to another?  Did a troubling dream leave you anxious, angry, or fearful?  If you answered yes to any of those questions, spend ten minutes before you even get out of bed doing a mental check.  Take deep breaths. Be aware of your entire body. Feel anchored. Feel centered in it.  Quiet your mind. Think positive thoughts. Dial out those bad emotions. Relax in peace. The world can wait ten minutes.

Gratitude.....Why you should master it

Some good reasons to have an  attitude of gratitude . Starting the New Year, I started a gratitude journal. Last night, I was reading an article from Natural Health Magazine on Gratitude. I’m going to share some of its content. My desire is that you begin this year with  Gratitude . Recent studies show that the benefits of gratitude may include less stress, more joy, enhanced vitality, improved sleep, faster recovery from illness, and more fulfilling relationship and a deeper sense of spiritual connection. “ Gratitude works  because it recruits other positive emotions – like joy, contentment, and hope - that have direct physical benefits”, says Robert Emmons, Ph.D (Author of Thanks! How Practicing Gratitude Can Make You Happier) Conscious appreciation also gives the mind a boost.  This boost will dampen the stress response after a long day at work. Healed

When we think about being healed. You probably think about someone being sick  or ill. Granted many people have been sick or illness in which they were healed.  But there are times we must healed within our hearts and soul. I think once someone is healed from within, there is a change in their life that everyone else can notice.  Did you know that situations that you’ve been through could have caused you illness. For instance someone treats you bad. You may say that didn’t effect me but deep inside in your soul – it did cause you illness. If you don’t heal from this – you will be miserable for the rest of your life. I’ve learned  that you can’t change the things that have happen to you. But you have the choice to move on. Do not let those situations that have effect your life in a negative way to cause you illness that won’t allow you to be healed. To live a “Heal * Happy * Hopeful” life.  So the next time you experience a bad (sick) experience in your life...

You're perfect just the way you are!

When we look at ourselves, we tend to see only what we think we need to improve or fix. Somehow, we push aside our many wonderful gifts and strengths and even wish we were more like someone else - someone "perfect". But there's no such thing! And why try to be someone else when you're already someone fabulous? I picked up a Woman's World magazine today which is one of my favorite. I read this little poem. I wanted to share it with you because sometimes we are victims of put-downs by other people that create those feelings that we are not perfect. Don't allow anyone to speak negative words to you or at you - put you down - there are people that do this and they call it "joke" - it's not a joke. If you start listening to those comments about you - and you listen to them - you start believing them - that is when this poem comes in  read it daily. Affirm that you are perfect, special, beautiful, worthy of greatness!!

An Act of Kindness

What is Kindness?  Do you practice Kindness in your everyday life?  In the dictionary the meaning of Kindness is is the act or the state of being kind - —i.e. marked by goodness and charitable behavior. The best portion of a good man's life - his little, nameless, unremembered acts of  kindness  and love.  William Wordsworth Something happen this week "an act of kindness" that brings me to share with you the importance for us to have kindness in our daily life. A few days ago, there was a knock at my door. My dogs started barking. My kids questioned who was at the door. Like normal, I looked out the crack of the window to see who it was...I saw a small blue car at the entrance of my driveway and saw a man at the door. With my kids behind me and my dogs still barking, I opened the door and say "Yes, can I help you?".
